We bring extensive experience in management and strategy consulting, market research and industry analysis. We structure deals and businesses, design how they will be financed, find solutions for companies in difficulty, identify project opportunities and connect the parties needed to execute them.
We structure the financing of deals and projects and analyze which investors fit them, but we are not financial advisors: we do not manage investments, sell securities or review our clients' accounts. Investment, legal and tax advice stays with the client's own licensed advisors.
